For ongoing projects, cancellation requests made after work has started may be partially refundable based on the work completed.
No cancellations will be accepted once the project is 80% or more completed.
If you have subscribed to a monthly or yearly plan, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the renewal date.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high quality services, and refunds are handled on a case by-case basis. Here’s how it works:
Full Refund: If we fail to start the project due to unforeseen reasons.
Partial Refund: If the project is in progress but not completed as per the agreed timeline.
No Refunds: If the service has been fully delivered or if delays occur due to client-side factors (e.g., late approvals, lack of communication, etc.).
